The three-question survey, carried out across the Lyne electorate on Tuesday night, also shows an overwhelming 70.4 per cent of Lyne residents do not want a carbon tax, with 24.9 per cent in favour and 4.8 per cent undecided.
An exclusive poll, conducted for The Port Paper by Australian market research company ReachTEL, shows Mr Oakeshott’s primary vote falling from 47 per cent in August 2010 to a meager 14.8 per cent putting the Gillard Government into power doesn’t turn out to have been a smart career move.
